Physical Products (apparel, prints, merchandise):
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
